Send me your mailing address so I can mail you a check after the event.
Also send me your shirt size.
Dress Attire
Shoes, NOT sandals, Shorts or pants
NO booty shorts, cut off’s, or gym shorts.
I will provide a T-shirt for you to wear.
There will be NO place to put a bag.
Where to meet
Meet at the small parking lot in between the Basilica of Saint Mary (1600 Hennepin Ave
Minneapolis, MN 55403) small brick building and the Basilica school (3 story building). Across
the street from MCTC parking lot in between Laurel Ave and Hennepin Ave on 16th Ave.
You can park at the MCTC parking lot(It was $5 last year) I will have someone there to sign
you in starting at 3. Traffic will be bad, try to get there before 4.
Your job
is selling liquor for tickets
Everybody that you sell liquor to must have the proper wristband on that is the first thing you
must check. The wristband will change from day one to day two.
There are multiple wristbands for different areas. But the 21+ wristband will be required to have
alcoholic drinks no matter what area you are in.Cash is only for tipping you cannot except cash for liquor.
You do not need to check Id’s unless there is something “wrong” with the wristband. (you can
get them re-banded if it looks like it has been tampered with.)
If you are unconvinced it is OK to ask a leader at your station.
There are wrist-banders at every station.
You can meet people over at the wrist banders that are in your station to serve them there.
We only do transactions in tickets money needs to be exchanged into tickets there are several places to do this.
Tickets are the way the basilica gets paid treat the tickets with respect. And never leave them alone.
They should only be picked up by authorized individuals.
If there are lines and a customer needs a wristband or tickets, it is perfectly fine to allow them
to jump to the front of the line after they have received their tickets or wristband. This is
normally done off to one side of the tent.
